The Marketing Brand Leader will shape and elevate Global Planning and Analytics brand within the rapidly evolving supply chain services and solutions landscape. This role is responsible for defining brand strategy, strengthening market positioning, and driving integrated marketing initiatives that communicate our value across global supply chain ecosystems and customers. The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, understands complex B2B service environments, and can translate capabilities into compelling, human‑centered brand stories.

 

This is a hybrid role based at 345 N Morgan St, Chicago, IL 60607. Candidates must reside in the Chicago metropolitan area. Relocation assistance is not offered at this time.

 

Responsibilties: 

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop and refine the brand strategy to differentiate our services and solutions in a competitive market.
  • Lead the creation of messaging frameworks that clearly articulate our platform’s value, innovation, and impact on customer operations.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital, product, and customer‑facing touchpoints.

Marketing Leadership

  • Build and execute integrated marketing plans that drive awareness, demand, and thought leadership.
  • Partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success and Delivery to align brand messaging with product capabilities and customer needs.
  • Oversee campaign development, including creative direction, content strategy, and channel mix (digital, events, social, PR, and partner marketing).

Insights & Performance

  • Leverage market research using advanced analytics, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform brand decisions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Establish KPIs to measure brand health, campaign effectiveness, and market perception.
  • Use data to optimize messaging, targeting, and channel performance.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the brand steward across the organization, ensuring alignment between marketing, product, and go‑to‑market teams.
  • Partner with Internal Communications and HR to strengthen the employer brand and support talent attraction in a competitive tech market.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead and mentor a high‑performing team focused on brand, content, and creative excellence.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver high‑quality work efficiently

 

Qualifications:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in brand management or marketing leadership
  • Proven success building and executing brand strategies in complex or technical industries.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder‑management abilities.

 

Preferred

  • Experience in supply chain, analytics and AI solutions
  • Familiarity with product marketing, demand generation, or customer lifecycle marketing.

 

*Starting Salary is $125,000-$140,000 with a 10% targeted bonus
