What you’ll do
• Internal & External Communication: Help craft engaging messages and campaigns that connect our people and strengthen our brand inside and out.
• Employer Branding: Contribute to projects that showcase our culture and make HAVI an employer of choice.
• Talent Acquisition: Manage recruitment activities, from job postings to candidate experience, and play a key role in onboarding new hires during our HAVI Days.
• Training Administration: Coordinate training sessions, manage schedules, and ensure everything runs seamlessly for employee development.
• Employee Engagement: Be part of our annual employee survey process and related initiatives that keep our workplace vibrant and connected.
• HR Systems, Processes & Data Management: Keep our processes running smoothly on our people system SuccessFactors platform.
What we’re looking for:

✨ Education: A degree in Economics or Humanities – but what really matters is your passion for People & Communication.
🌍 Language: English at C1 level – you’ll be working in an international environment, so confidence is key!
📅 Experience: At least 6 months in HR or related fields – enough to know the basics and ready to grow fast.
💡 Your core: Curious, proactive, and full of ideas. You love learning, connecting with people, and making things happen.
