We are hiring a  Analytics Engineer 

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an Analytics Engineer to join our TechHub!

You will be responsible to design, build, and operate trusted, documented, and performant analytics datasets and the semantic/metrics layer that power decision-making, Intelligent Automation, and AI (via the enterprise AI gateway/RAG). Use SQL + dbt and software-engineering practices (tests, CI/CD, code review) to turn raw platform data into certified domain data products for Supply Chain (e.g., Distribution & Freight, GBS/Control Tower, HR).

THE SKILLS

To set you up for success in this role, here are some key skills that will help you:

• Bachelor’s in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or related.
• Certifications: dbt (Fundamentals/Advanced), Databricks, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP data), Power BI.
• 4–8+ years in analytics engineering/BI data modeling, with a track record shipping tested dbt models, semantic layers/metrics, and high-adoption data marts.
• Strong SQL and warehouse performance tuning (partitioning, clustering, pruning, incremental models).
• Hands-on CI/CD (git, PRs, automated tests), orchestration (Airflow/Dagster/dbt Cloud), and documentation.
• Familiarity with data contracts, lineage/metadata, DQ tools, and privacy for sensitive domains (HR/Legal).
• Bonus: supply-chain data (orders, shipments, lanes, cost-to-serve, OTIF).
• Fluency in English.
