About the Role

Are you looking for a controlling role that goes beyond reporting numbers?

We are looking for a Controller / Finance Business Partner who combines strong analytical skills with business thinking and an interest in digital finance.

You will work closely with operational and commercial teams, turn financial data into actionable insights, and contribute to the development of reporting, automation and digital finance solutions.

What You Will Do

• Drive budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
• Analyze financial performance, variances and profitability
• Develop KPI reporting and Power BI dashboards, turning data into actionable business insights
• Partner with operational and commercial teams to support data-driven decision-making
• Prepare business cases, investment evaluations and customer business reviews
• Support month-end closing and contribute to reporting automation, process improvement and digital finance initiatives

What We Are Looking For

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A or Finance Business Partnering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI or similar BI tools
• Strong English communication skills
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with curiosity for automation and continuous improvement

Nice to have: SAP experience, accounting knowledge, or a background in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing or FMCG.
